How do you charge?

Prices can vary depending on the machine and labor it takes to run a diagnosis. That is why we ask clients to submit an inquiry to receive a quote. There will be a small fee to conduct that diagnosis, and if during that diagnosis, we’re able rectify the issue, then we will charge an additional amount for labor. If our diagnosis is that your machine needs new parts, then the part(s) and shipping will also be included in the invoice.


How long does it take to run a diagnosis?

We require at least 1-2 business days after which we will contact you with an update.

How long is the repair going to take?

For the majority of the cases, much of the repairing work is dependent on newer parts that will replace the non-working ones. Ultimately, it comes down to how long shipping takes. Parts bought from sellers in the U.S. typically arrive within a week to week and a half. Parts ordered from overseas take longer. Once we have the parts, it takes us about 1-2 business days to work on your machine.


Where do you get your parts from?

We buy parts from different sellers within the United States and some from China as well. Before we make the purchase, we run all the options by you and you give the ultimate okay on where to buy it from.

Do you have an office?

We don’t have an office to accommodate walk ins unfortunately; however, our office space is run from our place of residence.

Do you travel?

We do travel within a 10 mile radius. A travel fee will be applied depending on the zip code of the location.

How do you accept payment?

Our first preference in accepting payments is via cash. NJ tax rate will be applied to payments through Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp and check.
